Returns And Refunds

For international orders, full refund or exchange of the goods is not eligible.   While for Hong Kong orders, refund is not eligible but exchange of purchased product might be eligible provided that the purchased product is in a new, unused condition.  If you would like to exchange your goods, please send an email to an.more.hk@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us at +852 60191079 within 2 days upon receiving your goods or we have the right to decline the exchange.  Kindly understand that the customer/buyer will be liable for any courier fee that is encountered during the process of exchange.
